- Access & Preparation: Clear access to all areas and prior notification of fragile items is required for proper care and scheduling.
- Efficacy vs. Aggression: We prioritize surface integrity. In cases of extreme, bio-hazardous contamination, standard protocol may be insufficient, and we will advise accordingly.
- Chemical Allergies/Sensitivities: While we use low-odor, hypoallergenic products, please disclose all sensitivities in advance for accommodation.
