How do you handle access?
We work with a lockbox code, a key left in a discreet location, or you can be present. We recommend the lockbox method for its security and ease. If you provide a code, we test it 24 hours before arrival.
Note: Building receptionists rarely hold keys for service personnel.
What if something is broken?
We carry a comprehensive 2M€ liability insurance policy. Every cleaner is background-checked. Any incident is documented immediately via photo, and our team lead contacts you directly to initiate the claim process. Transparency is our only policy.
Are you pet-safe?
Yes, but we require pets to be secured in a separate room or crate during the clean. This is for their safety and our efficiency. Please inform us of any pets in your request form.

- • Open Windows: Leaving windows open during a clean is a security risk. We will close all accessible windows upon arrival.
- • Unsecured Items: A "rare vase" or delicate item needs a visual cue. Please point these out before we start.
