Our Method

Can a clean feel like a reset?

We treat every space not as a task, but as a system. Our process is a defined protocol—assess, prepare, execute, verify, and brief—designed for the precision Parisian living demands. This is the anatomy of a clean that lasts.

Request a Protocol Brief

The Client’s Decision Lens

Choosing a service is a trade-off. We optimize for specific outcomes, which inherently means other values are balanced. Here’s our framework for what we prioritize and what we sacrifice.

Criteria We Optimize

  • Surface preservation over speed
  • Environmental safety over aggressive chemistry
  • Process transparency over black-box efficiency
  • Long-term results over quick visual fixes

What We Sacrifice

  • Unlimited scheduling flexibility (we book in focused blocks)
  • Budget pricing for luxury results (materials and time have a floor)
  • Superficial speed (we clean thoroughly, not quickly)

Operational Constraints & Boundaries

Our methodology is built on clear, non-negotiable boundaries. These constraints are what allow us to guarantee consistency and quality. If a request falls outside these parameters, the process adapts, but the standard does not.

1.

Zone-Isolated Workflow

We complete one full zone (e.g., kitchen) before moving to the next. This prevents cross-contamination and ensures no corner is missed.

2.

Product Lock-in

We use only our pre-approved, pH-balanced products. We cannot bring client-supplied chemicals due to liability and efficacy standards.

3.

Pre-Clean Walk-Through

A 15-minute visual assessment and discussion is mandatory to finalize scope and avoid post-service disputes.

4.

Equipment Protocol

HEPA vacuums and color-coded microfiber are mandatory. No shared equipment between domestic and commercial jobs.

The 5-Stage Precision Protocol

Our methodology is linear and deliberate. Each stage has a specific objective and a defined output. No step is skipped.

Stage 1: Pre-Clean Assessment & Zone Mapping

We begin not with a cloth, but with a plan. This involves a visual walk-through to identify high-traffic zones, potential stain sources, and surface-specific risks. We map the space to sequence tasks logically.

Output: A clear, itemized checklist that aligns with our initial quote.

Stage 1: Assessment and mapping

Stage 2: Non-Toxic, pH-Balanced Pre-Treatment

We apply our eco-certified, pH-balanced solution to target areas. This isn't a spray-and-wipe approach; it's a calculated dwell time that breaks down organic matter and soil at a molecular level, preparing for extraction.

Constraint: Harsh alkaline or acidic cleaners are prohibited, as they can etch natural stone and degrade sealants.

Stage 2: Pre-treatment application

Stage 3: Mechanical Agitation & Extraction

Dual-action process. For carpets and textiles, we use dual-bristle mechanical scrubbing to dislodge embedded soil. For hard surfaces, we use specific brush heads. All soil and solution are then extracted using commercial HEPA-filtered vacuums.

Trade-off: This is physically intensive and time-consuming, but it ensures 98%+ soil removal vs. surface cleaning.

Stage 3: Mechanical agitation

Stage 4: Post-Clean Inspection & Touch-Up

The primary technician performs a dedicated 25-point inspection using a bright LED source. Any missed spots or streaks are touched up immediately. This is a separate quality control phase, not an afterthought.

Annotated: 'The inspection is conducted by a senior technician, who signs off on the work before client review.'

Stage 4: Quality inspection

Stage 5: Final Walk-Through & Client Sign-Off

We guide you through the space. You point, we address. Satisfaction is not assumed; it is confirmed. Only after your sign-off do we consider the job complete and generate the digital invoice.

"We don't leave until you're satisfied. It's a contractual guarantee, not a promise."
Stage 5: Client walk-through

The Technician's Glossary

Understanding the terms we use. This isn't marketing copy; it's operational vocabulary.

pH-Balanced

Our cleaners target a pH between 6 and 8. This neutral zone cleans effectively without triggering chemical reactions that damage finishes (e.g., etching marble, dulling hardwood).

HEPA

High-Efficiency Particulate Air. Our vacuums capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The outcome: dust and allergens are removed from the environment, not redistributed.

Microfiber Color-Coding

Red: Bathrooms (high-pathogen risk). Blue: Kitchens (grease & food). Green: Living Areas. This system prevents cross-contamination and is a non-negotiable hygiene protocol.

Post-Clean Brief

The digital document you receive post-service. It lists tasks performed, products used, and maintenance recommendations specific to your surfaces. It’s a reference, not a receipt.

Extending the Clean: A Maintenance Guide

A professional clean creates a baseline. Your daily habits determine how long it lasts. Here’s how to maintain the results without our tools.

Hardwood & Natural Stone

Use a dry microfiber mop weekly. Avoid vinegar or citrus-based cleaners—they are acidic and will etch the surface over time. Our sealed floors are pH-sensitive.

Upholstery & Fabrics

Rotate cushions monthly. Vacuum with an upholstery attachment weekly. This prevents dust mite accumulation and uneven wear patterns. We can't vacuum for you, but this preserves the clean.

Windows & Glass

Squeegee immediately after rain to prevent mineral spotting. Hard water spots bake on. What we clean, you can maintain. What you can't, we return for.

Marble maintenance

Pro-Tip: Keep indoor humidity between 40-60%. This range prevents mold growth and protects both wood and textiles from expanding/contracting.
